TERMS OF SERVICEDisclaimer
The moment you commission Hoshiko , you have entered a verbal agreement to follow these terms of service . Any breach of terms will result in instant cancellation of your commission and a refund will be issued , fees may apply depending on the amount of work already put forward . I do NOT accept adult commissions from minors. When accepting new contracts I am entitled to reject your commission at any time, if I see that there may be an issue (safety or otherwise). exceptions to these rules may apply; please ask if you are unsure.ART T.O.S.Details
☆Commissions are done via Commission Forms.
☆Any other communications via Twitter , my Business Email , and Discord .
☆My work days are Monday to Saturday , this might vary .
☆Only Visual / Digital References with clear imagery are accepted. Text references without any clear imagery are not an acceptable.
☆If I deem the reference provided isn't suitable , I may request a clearer reference , if none is provided I have the right to decline your order .
☆I reserve the right to refuse or turn down any commissions at any time for any reason , please don't take it personally.
☆Do Not remove my signature/watermark I place on the picture .
☆Do Not ask for the original file .
Payment
☆I only accept payment through PayPal invoices , USD ONLY.
☆Payments must be done after you receive the first WIP .
☆Tips are always appreciated but will not affect the detail of the commission .
☆You are given 8 days to pay for @ least half ; if no payment is received your commission will be canceled .
☆Major edits require a small fee.
Time Frames
☆Commission times may vary depending the piece and my queue.
☆W.I.P.s will always be posted prior to finished piece , you must approve of the WIPs before any further work will be done . ( This does not apply if I'm live streaming your commission )
☆If you do not reply within a week after a WIP has been posted up , your commission will be cancelled , you will be issued a refund and the sketch will be sold as a pre-pose.
☆If you know you won't be able to reply , be sure to let me know beforehand .
☆A Commission may take a maximum of 2 month to finish , if anymore time is required I will inform you .
☆If your commission takes longer than 3 months for me to complete , you have the option to either give me more time or cancel and get a refund .
Refunds
☆No refunds after a piece is finished .
☆Refund requests before the commission reaches the first work in progress image will be refunded fully .
☆If you request a refund in the middle of me working on your commission then fees may apply to how much work has been done at that point .
Adoptables / Designs
☆You get 48 hours to request a refund after buying the adoptable .
☆Refunds are only given if it is an emergency . Any other reasons such as " I don't like the design anymore " " changed my mind " . . etc. Aren't acceptable reasons .
☆If you insist on a refund for non-acceptable reasons , it will be refunded and blacklisted .
